WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.

Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply e-mail us at Support@thesunshinespot as soon as possible.

There is a 36 hour wait list for email, therefore, if your order has left our warehouse within 36 hours, it is out of our control. 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

It will take 2-7 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 5 business days on average for orders to process (if you order on Monday, your order should in most cases ship out on Friday).

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information , your order processing may be delayed.

***Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs takes, which can vary from country to country.

For items that ship from our overseas supplier, (including most of our non-t-shirt, mug, and hoodie items) there's typically a delay in tracking information being updated from the time the package enters USPS facilities in China to the time it's processed at USPS facilities in the US. This usually takes between 5-7 business days on average, although it can take as long as 8-12 business days. ***

Sometimes shipping times vary due to circumstances outside of our control, such as:

  • IR Disputes/Strikes
  • Weather
  • Time of Year (e.g. Holiday Season)
  • Large or Bulky Items
  • Shipping Provider Error

If any of the above scenarios occur with your package we promise to keep you well informed with as much information that is available to us.

 

Packaged Delivered Through ISC Chicago P&P

If your Package is process through the ISC in Chicago we have no ability to tell you when you will get your package as this USPS center is the most horrible Distribution Center in The Country. This Distribution Center is so Bad that we are adding it in to our Policies and Procedures to prevent bad customer service. We are all about honesty here and honestly if your order does go through that center it can be delayed weeks. We call them everyday and they do nothing. They are so understaffed it is not funny. They have horrible customer service. There is literally nothing we can do to get your package moved through this facility and we are literally at the mercy of this horrible Distribution Center. We do however try to avoid sending our packages through them but sometimes we have no choice or they slip through the cracks. If your order goes through this Distribution center you could be looking at a couple of weeks added to your shipping time.

If your package goes through this center and you do not receive your package within 65 business days from time of Processing we will give you a full refund.

SECTION 21 - SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times may vary and it may take up to 30 business days for orders to arrive due to rare occasions like holidays and unexpected natural and political events. 
By making a purchase on this website you agree to not file a chargeback or a dispute for any reason within 30 business days of making a purchase.

You agree to send us an email to support@ thesunshinespot.com to resolve any payment issues you may encounter with us and you agree to wait 30 business days before contacting your bank, payment transaction processor or payment gateway to file a chargeback or a dispute. 
You agree to be liable for damages and business losses due to chargebacks or disputes made by you within 30 business days of your purchase and you also agree to appear in small claims court and be liable for our attorney's fees.

If your order or products fail to arrive and you have evidence that you've reached us via the email mentioned above and we did not get back to you or help you with a return or a refund request within 30 business days of your purchase, you may file a dispute or a chargeback with no liability.

SHIPPING GUARANTEE:

To back up our commitment and promise to you we will refund the cost of shipping (or give a partial refund if shipping was free) on any item that takes longer than the following time frames to arrive at your destination.

 

Guarantee time:  45 business days

Except if processed through Chicago then 65 business days after processing.

Please note, the advertised time is an estimate only. Due to high demand, some items may take longer to arrive. 

RISK-FREE SHOPPING/SHIPPING GUARANTEE:

We always want to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but unfortunately sometimes unexpected delays (customs, weather, etc.) do happen. If for whatever reason your goods don't arrive within 60 days, we will either send a replacement product free of charge you will be refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you!

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country.

NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks, or possibly longer for the slow-to-ship countries listed below. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to the geographical location.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.


WHAT IS PACKAGE INSURANCE?

Package insurance protects you against lost or damaged merchandise. If your item is damaged from any courier services we will either ship out another item immediately or give a full refund. If your package is lost while being transported we will automatically ship another item or give a full refund. Please contact us immediately in the case of either of these occurrences.

Does not Include if your item is held up in customs. Please allow for the 6 week window to pass before filing a complaint if your item is lost.

CANCELLATIONS

Occasionally an item sells out and we may need to cancel your order. If for any reason your item is unavailable, we will notify you by email and you will be refunded in full.


WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Our Office is in Orlando, FL however we cut out the middle man so some of our specialty items ship direct from suppliers in countries such as USA,  Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China. In Some Instances your item can get stuck in customs and take a few days longer for delivery. 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For quicker shipping, items in the same purchase will be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified to ship items together.
Please keep this in mind when getting your items. If you don't receive your full order the rest is shortly behind the other items.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER? 
Please contact us within 24 hours of your order if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.

Refund Or Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Result of products may vary from application and person to person.

We do not accept returns on items that have been used.

We do not accept returns on products that persons could not get to work. We have a support channel for this reason.

We do not accept returns on sale or clearance items.

When in doubt just contact our support team to see if you are eligible for a return.

We do accept returns for product that are defective.

If product is defective please send a photo to our support team and we will refund or send a new one immediately.

We are offering a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your order or if your order is defective, we will exchange your order or refund you as long as you send the product to our office in the same condition as it was received.
